Well.....The Old Buzzards Sunbird Classic is now a part of R.C. soaring history. In celebrating a part of our history we have added to it by our presence, desire and skills. The weather was perfect and the thermals were there to be had. It was a treat for those of us from the frozen north to have a weekend to thaw out and show off our fluorescent bulb induced winter tans. Thanks to all the contestants, helpers, Dave Wenzlick and CASL, and especially Dave Thornburg for making it all possible.
